Submitting Documents

Please send all necessary documents via one of these secure methods:

(1) Online Portal: Upload documents directly to our secure CLIO portal.

(2) Mail or In-Person: If you are not comfortable with computers, you may mail the documents to our office or bring them with you to your scheduled document collection meeting.

(3) Email: You may email your documents to medicaid@sechlerlawfirm.com.
